Founded in 2016, our mission has always been to provide a clean, safe, family-friendly environment, where our students can learn and thrive. We pride ourselves on inner-development over solely outward display. At Lion Heart, each vigorous hour spent training is seen as an opportunity to build confidence, discipline and both mental and physical strength.

Adults Class:
Monday-Thursday at 7pm
Saturday:
NoGi at 10:30am
Gi at 12pm
Kids Class:
Mondays at 5pm
Tuesday-Thursday at 6pm
Women's Class:
Mondays at 6pm
Saturdays at 9:30am
First Class is FREE!
