Do I need to have any previous knowledge in Martial Arts?

You do not need previous knowledge of any martial art, all of our classes are made for beginners to come in and learn right away.

DO I NEED TO HAVE A GI?

We have loaner Gi's for you to use for your first class and we have them for sale if you choose to continue with us.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE FOR THE KIDS JIU JITSU CLASS?

We start our kids at 5 years old.
